Company data: name, CUI, Trade Register number, address, county, town, postal code, year of incorporation, CAEN code, VAT and cash accounting VAT, ANAF status, date of the last update.

Contacts (where available): management, mobile phone, email and website.

Financial statements, for the chosen year: net turnover, net profit, number of employees, fixed assets, current assets, equity, debts, revenue, expenses and inventories. The available years appear in the response.

Cost: the first query for a company uses 1 credit from the package; the same company queried again, including for another financial year, does not use any credit while the package is valid. API access is included in the Economic (187 lei/year), Standard (289 lei/year) and Superior (550 lei/year) packages, VAT not included.

You generate the API key in your Firmeo account, under Settings, after logging in.

Firmeo.ro provides an API (Application Programming Interface) for easier access to company data, usable with any of the Economic, Standard or Superior packages. Our API is REST-based and can be queried from various programming languages or libraries (Curl, PHP, jQuery, Python, Ruby).

To make it easier to retrieve the balance sheet you need, please add "an_bilant" (balance sheet year) to your query. This helps us quickly and efficiently identify the period for which you are requesting the balance sheet.

Is there an API with Romanian company data for a CRM?

Yes. Firmeo offers an API: you send by POST the account email address, the API key and the company’s CUI and receive a JSON response with the company data, contacts and the years for which financial statements exist. With the an_bilant parameter you receive the financial statements for the chosen year. The API can be integrated into any CRM or application that can send HTTP requests.

What company data do I receive through the API?

Identification data (name, CUI, Trade Register number, address, county, town, postal code, year of incorporation, CAEN code, VAT, cash accounting VAT, ANAF status), contacts where available (management, mobile phone, email, website), and the financial statements for the chosen year (net turnover, net profit, employees, fixed assets, current assets, equity, debts, revenue, expenses, inventories).

How much does an API query cost?

The first query for a company uses 1 credit from the package. The same company queried again, including for another financial year, does not use any credit while the package is valid. The remaining credits appear in every response.

Which Firmeo packages include API access?

The annual packages Economic (187 lei/year), Standard (289 lei/year) and Superior (550 lei/year), VAT not included. The Unlimited package does not include API access.

How do I get the API key?

After logging in, in your Firmeo account, under Settings. The key is sent with every request, together with the account email address.

How do I receive a company’s financial statements for a specific year?

You also send the an_bilant parameter in the request, for example 2025. The years available for a company appear in the ani_bilant field of the response without a year.
